Shipper is not responsible for issues owing to incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyer, nobody to receive package at destination or addressee moved to new location.

If seller is unable to perform any obligation because of postal department strike, acts of Government, natural disaster, strikes or other labour trouble and any other matter beyond seller’s control/capability, then date of any obligation shall be postponed during the time when such circumstances are operative.
